Store Policy

• We accept Visa, American Express and Master Card as well as personal checks and cash. Our Albertson and Woodbury stores also accept Discover.
   

• Items returned within 7 days of purchase and accompanied by a receipt will receive a refund in the manner they were paid for.
   

• Items returned after 7 days of purchase accompanied by a receipt will receive a store credit for the current selling price.
   

• All store credits are valid for one year from the date they are issued.
   

• Appropriate Neil's tickets MUST be attached to all returns.

• Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned nor exchanged.

• Please remember - cotton shrinks! Neil's can not take back merchandise that has shrunk after washing. Your Neil’s associate is happy to assist you in buying appropriate sizes.

• Items placed on "hold" can be held without payment for 24 hours, and then will be returned to the sales floor. Prepayments will be held indefinitely.
